These laptop safes are made from 4mm thick resistant steel and include drilling protection plates plus a safety switch to block the lock’s operation if it is attacked from outside. The door remains secure even if the external hinges are cut and removed. For additional security, the safes are supplied with changeable key lock so that the in-use key can be changed and the original will no longer work. This permits the laptop safe to be made inaccessible to holders of old pattern keys without the need to change locks. The safe is also available with advanced electronic locks if required (e.g. Kaba Mas Auditcon). Various options are available including multiple user locks which record time and date of entries. Optional Internal Configuration Flexysafe SR laptop safes are offered in two versions. Both versions allow easy access to laptops during working time, but provide highly secure storage at other times. Individual Compartments This arrangement allows the safe to be left open during the day to enable users to lock away their laptops as required. When the office is unattended the safe’s main door is closed to provide highly secure storage against theft of the laptops and the valuable data they contain.
